About Jen 

Jen Santoro Rotty brings over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry to her outstanding work as a hair and makeup artist.  She works in print, television, commercial, non-broadcast video, stage and bridal.  Jen specializes in airbrush makeup but also works with traditional makeup as well.  Jen is often called upon for expert makeup advice and has been featured in magazines such as The Knot and led a “Business of Bridal” seminar for international makeup company Makeup Forever’s “Road Show.”

Jen's work has been seen everywhere from runway fashion shows for Joynoelle,  Marshall Field's (Macy's) Glamorama, DIFFA (Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS) and Aveda's Congress to national ads for Target, Best Buy, Cub Foods and Arctic Cat among others. Jen's work has also been featured in national publications such as People Magazine, Reader's Digest and Hallmark magazine. Jen has worked with numerous theater companies such as the Chanhassen Dinner Theater and the Hey City Theater Company. She was also key hair and makeup artist for the award-winning independant feature films Two Harbors and The Quietest Sound and had the opportunity to do makeup for the feature film Into Temptation starring Kristin Chenoweth. Jen has worked with several people of note including Josh Groban, Kendra Wilkenson, Joe Mauer and Cokie Roberts to name a few.

Jen's bridal business is second to none and she loves taking special care of her brides. She is able to provide hair and makeup services for wedding parties of any size. Jen was awarded the Judges Award for Outstanding Wedding Day Makeup and Hair from Mpls/St. Paul Magazine Weddings, a premier wedding magazine in the Twin Cities. 

Jen enjoys doing all kinds of makeup including fashion, theatrical, body painting and basic special FX including crepe hair appliances. Jen is also a theatrical makeup designer and loves the opportunity to create new and interesting looks for stage performers and theater productions.
